Refund and exchange policy
OVERVIEW
• Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
- To benefit from a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable products cannot be returned.
Recovery of funds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if you have accepted or declined your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is deposited.

Substitutions
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same product, email us at [majer.alnahwi@dalilee.om] and send the product to the following address: Delilah Shipping Company.
Shipping and returns
To return your product, you must send it to the following address: Delilah Shipping Company.
You will incur your own shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
The time it takes for a replacement product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning expensive products, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned product.
